Paula was phenomenal and her approach to customer service is second to none! My ex husband and I were selling our home as the result of a contentious divorce. Paula not only got the home staged properly for showing, but was able to work with each of us separately while negotiating the deal with the home buyer. She was able to get the deal that we needed despite a down market and made sure that the transaction went smoothly on all sides. Highly recommended!

We were fortunate to be introduced to Paula when we purchased our first home in 2011. We must have done over 70 walk-throughs until we found "THE ONE!". She was always so flexible with her time and meeting up with us to look at houses whether it be after work, on a Sunday or on our lunch. Paula was so absolutely amazing that when it came time to sell that home and purchase a different one we didn't even think twice before giving Paula a call to handle it all. I thought I had a lot of patience but Paula is so amazing. My wife and I were so unsure where we thought we wanted to live we had Paula showing us houses all over town. Thankfully she was taking note of what we liked and disliked from each home. She would then use that to try to help us narrow down our search since we were so all over the place. She has such an amazing wealth of knowledge no matter what part of town you're looking to get into; she knows the facts. She helped us figure out what we wanted and did such an amazing job listing our house, it was sold in under 3 weeks AND went for above asking! She did a spot on job with her listing price suggestion. Not only does she know the market but she also knows the industry from head to toe walking you through the entire process like it were a Sunday stroll. She is always so quick getting you an email or text reply and returning phone calls. She gives you so much of her attention that when working with Paula you feel like you are her only client; which is far from the case. We just can not say enough great things about her work ethics and level of comfort she provides in such a crazy time as buying or selling. We would not only recommend Paula to anyone looking to purchase or sell, but if they were friends or family, we'd insist on it.
